Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline orders (for example due to stock, pricing error, or delivery constraints). Confirmation is sent by email or WhatsApp when the order is accepted.

Products & quotes

Product images are illustrative. Specifications may vary slightly. Project quotes based on photos or videos (including app submissions) are estimates until confirmed in writing after measurements or site assessment where required.

Payment & delivery

Payment options may include M-Pesa, card, or other methods we enable at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on stock, location within Kenya, and project scope.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Avyla’s liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product or service.
