Refund policy

This refund policy applies to purchases from Avyla Interiors (Interiors Division and Hardware Division) placed through our website, store, or trade channels in Kenya.

Eligibility

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Custom-cut, made-to-measure, or specially ordered goods are generally non-refundable once production or cutting has begun.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

How to request a refund

Email info@avylainteriors.co.ke or call +254 114 955 533 with your order ID, item details, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

Shipping

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise. Faulty or incorrect items may be collected or reimbursed at our discretion.
